Ingredients:
1 bunch of broccoli
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick butter, unsalted or salted
2 cups water
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
Lightly saute garlic and onions with 1/2 the butter. Add broccoli and water – bring to boil.
Reduce heat and add cream and the rest of butter, along with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cook until you get desired texture of broccoli.
